Fruits For Diabetics
What is a good breakfast snack for diabetics?
I host the monthly staff meeting and we have two employees who are Diabetic. I use to bring in donuts until I found that out. I also heard fruit has a lot of sugar. So what can I bring in to eat at 8:30am. We have coffee and tht’s it so far.
Try berries without sugar. Maybe bring in some artificial sweetener too, but let them put it on themselves.
