Meals For Diabetics
What diet or meal system is the best for diabetics and low cost?
I need something that works (effectively and quickly…healthy quick) and that costs about what normal groceries for one person for one month cost…$200 or less per month. I also want it to taste good and be simple to do/by/fix.
High GI foods such as beans are very good and low GI foods such as potatoes are bad for diabetics.
