How To Reverse Diabetes

I need some help plz! Easy points!?
Okay here the deal. I am 12 yr old boy that is 50 to 70 pounds overweight (please don’t make fun of me…I already get enough as it is). My dad has type 2 Diabetes and my whole family (on my dads) side has it. I would love to lose some weights and stay away from diabetes. If I have it i would like to reverse it. So if you could give me some tid-bits that would be great! How many calories should I have a day? I went to some calorie calculator and they said 1328 to 1700 I get like 5000 a day or less. Plz help I don’t wan’t this horrible disease!!! I currently weigh 168 and would like to get down to 100 or 120 or somewhere in the middle between those lol. Also if you could give me like a 7-day meal plan that would be great! I’m also a vegeterian I dont like fruit! I am willing to do exercise! I don’t know how long though.

you slowy lower your calorie intake (im not sure how much im sorry) but you cant jump in and start with a bunch of calories less, it would mess you up. Anyway running daily should help. Fruits will make you hungryer just to let you know. Also, IF YOU GET REALLY HUNGRY GO BRUSH YOUR TEETH! yes, i read somewhere it stops hunger pains:) always eat breakfast, but healthy creral or a banana or something. Lunch should be something light, but something that will givve you energy. At dinner dont eat until your full, eat until you know your body has enough to support your body. Take breaks during exercising. Heres a little bit of stuff that may help. And remeber to stick with it. If you do, and dont get lazy you will acomplish your goal^^ Also run outsie during the winter time when its cold, you burn more bad fat that way. Oh and 1 more thing, this may take a little while so dont get discouraged! And remeber to keep the weight off, dont gain it back!
