4-Distorted Vision: If you find you have unusual vision, diabetes may be the common cause for the same.
5-Numbness: If you notice tingling in your extremities, it can be a symptom of diabetes again.
6-Tiredness: Do you feel tired all the time even when you wake up in the morning? Well, this is yet another symptom of diabetes. Weakness may also come along with tiredness.
Diabetes treatments have improved a lot since last decade. Following are the effective treatments for the disorder:
1-Check the blood sugar level on a regular basis. Alter you diet, medication and physical exercises accordingly.
2-Take medication on time and as per prescription by the physician. Do not miss it or delay it anytime.
3-Adhere to the meal plan prescribed by the doctor and do stick with it.
4-Eat more of carbohydrates which supply fiber, vitamins and minerals. For example, fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid sugary foods as much as possible.
5-Stay fit in terms of weight. If you are overweight, lose it. Obesity is a major factor for diabetes and it should be controlled dedicatedly. For this, a lot of physical exercise and diet modifications are required.
If you still don’t realize any improvement in the disorder, speak to your doctor immediately. You may be going through some other problem along with this or may require immediate modification in diabetes treatment.
